Senate Bill 15-197 Stakeholders Meeting

The State Board of Nursing is pleased to announce a second opportunity for stakeholders to share their viewpoints, comments and ideas for the implementation of Senate Bill 15-197, "Concerning the Prescriptive Authority of Advanced Practice Nurses."

Membership District Assignments

Recently ANA upgraded their membership data base platform. Through this process it became clear that standardizing district assignment by geographic address supports optimal data management, query, and analysis. Colorado Nurses Association has determined that aligning all members with their preferred mailing address is good practice. The implication is that all members will be assigned a geographic district (address) and may then self select your geographic District or Special Interest Group (SIG/DNA 2, 30, 31). Colorado Nurses Association can determine dues allocation to either Districts or Special Interest Groups and will calculate those allocations based on individual member expressed preference. To update your address, email, District, or Special Interest Group, please call ANA Membership Services at 1-800-923-7709
