Stakeholder Meeting – January 8, 2024

This Stakeholder Meeting is for the Board to receive feedback on Revisions to Rule 1.15 - RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR PRESCRIPTIVE AUTHORITY FOR ADVANCED PRACTICE REGISTERED NURSES - Purpose is to bring clarity to the APN RXNs on the mentorship requirements.

 Please read through the draft rules and plan to submit written recommendations to address specifically how these proposed rules could impact the NP profession, patient care, and ponder alternative rules for the board to consider.
