Job Details

• Location: Presho, SD
• Employment Type: Permanent
• Hours Per Week: 40
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
• Compensation: $115,000 - $125,000 annually
• Start Date: May 28, 2025

Job Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited bachelor or master level PA or NP program
• 2-3 years of experience in a clinical setting
• Current PA/NP License
• ACLS Provider, ATLS, CPR/AED certifications
• South Dakota Controlled Substance Certificate and US Dept. of Justice DEA
• Experience with Meditech or EPIC EMR systems preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical examinations and initiate preventative health measures
• Administer or order diagnostic tests and interpret results
• Formulate patient care plans and discuss cases with collaborating physicians
• Perform therapeutic procedures such as injections, immunizations, suturing, and wound care
• Prescribe or recommend drugs or other forms of treatment
• Refer patients for consultation or specialized treatment as needed
• Develop and implement patient management plans and assist in continuity of care
• Instruct and counsel patients on health maintenance and therapeutic regimens
