Purpose
This course is designed for advanced practice providers to gain practical professional development strategies. This course will engage participants and enhance understanding of submitting abstracts, applying quality improvement principles, enhanced tools for precepting advanced practice learners, and improved student preceptor relationships.

- Empower and a provide knowledge base for APPs to successfully develop professional abstracts, manuscripts, and presentations.
- Enhance knowledge base and apply learned skills to lead quality improvement projects and mentor APPs.
