Envision Physician Services, a leading national medical group, is seeking a board-certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our collaborative care team to provide Neonatology services at three NICUs within the Centura Health System in the South Denver area. Opportunity Details: Staffing Model: 2 Neonatologists, 13.5 APPs Coverage includes: Attendance at high-risk deliveries Well baby coverage & circumcisions Facilities: Littleton Adventist Hospital: 14-bed Level III NICU with an average daily census of 7 and plans for future expansion Parker Adventist Hospital: 12-bed Level II NICU with an average daily census of 5 Castle Rock Adventist Hospital: 4-bed Level II NICU with an average daily census of 3 APP Lead, in collaboration with clinical and operations leadership, ensures the quality and effectiveness of the Advanced Practice team, including recruitment and retention, assisting in protocols and guidelines, scheduling guidelines, and the ongoing development of the team.
